Yoga Nidra Meditation Session

Enjoy a deep meditation that takes you to a deep state of conscious awareness sleep. Through this guided meditation with Spiritual Mama, you will reduce stress and anxiety, improve insomnia and calm your nervous system in a state of “yogic sleep.” This hour long meditation is the equivalent to several hours of sleep to your body.
